Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership is now inviting applications from
suitably qualified individuals to join an Approved Parenting Course
Group Facilitator Panel and who are experienced in the delivery of
evidence based parenting programmes.
Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership brings together the community,
statutory and social partners and develops and delivers plans and
actions aimed at reducing disadvantage and supporting and empowering
individuals and communities to reach their full potential.
As central to this work, Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership provides a
tailored range of community-based Programmes to help with capacity
building, training, education, employment, and enterprise.
With this in mind we invite applications to join a specialist panel of
Parenting Course Facilitators to deliver a range of evidence based
Parenting courses and workshops such as: Parents Plus, Solihull, The
Incredible Years, PEEP, Circle of Security.
In addition, supported by the HSE Sl?intecare Healthy Communities
parenting programme, Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership will provide
opportunities for suitably experienced tutors to become fully trained
in ?Parents Plus? parenting programmes.
A commitment to fulfilling Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership quality
assured standards is expected. Ideally, trainers would display a range
of skills and experience in this chosen area of expertise and display
a strong track record of developing and delivering evidence based
parenting programmes within a framework of best adult education
practice.
Training Rate ?**Apply on the website** per contact hour (?**Apply
on the website** evening rate), inclusive of material preparation and
class planning is paid for delivery on Ballyfermot Chapelizod
Partnership programmes.
The successful applicants will be expected to undergo Garda vetting
and are contracted on a self-employed basis. Successful candidates
will be asked to tender on relevant programmes and activities on a
short or medium-term basis from a panel formed after initial
interviews.
The successful applicants must be available from Jan **Apply on the
website** to commence training and parenting course delivery in the
Dublin **Apply on the website** community.
